How We Ship Your Order

At HAWG Holsters, we take pride in getting your gear to you quickly and securely. Here's everything you need to know about our shipping process.

Shipping Options

We currently offer the following shipping methods within the United States:

  • USPS Ground Advantage (not insured)
  • USPS Priority Mail (insured)

If you need overnight or second-day shipping, please contact us directly before placing your order so we can discuss available options and pricing.

Processing Time

In-stock items typically ship from our factory within 5 business days, unless otherwise noted on the home page. Special orders and custom orders may take longer. Orders placed after 2:00 PM MST or on weekends and holidays will begin processing the next business day.

During high-volume periods (holidays, sales events), processing may take an additional 5 -7 business days. We appreciate your patience!

Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery estimates begin after your order has been processed and shipped. You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order is on its way. Please note that total delivery time = production time + shipping time.

Delivery times vary based on destination and carrier performance. USPS delivery estimates can vary by ship-to ZIP code and are not guaranteed.

Carriers We Use

We ship via USPS and other carriers. The carrier used for your order may vary based on your location and the shipping method selected.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with your tracking number. You can track your package directly on the carrier's website or through your account on our store.

Please allow 48 hours for tracking information to update after you receive your shipping confirmation.

Shipping Restrictions

Due to the nature of our products, please be aware of the following:

  • We ship to all 50 US states.
  • We do not ship internationally at this time.
  • It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the products ordered comply with all local, state, and federal laws in their jurisdiction.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost, stolen, or arrives damaged, please contact us at intern@hawgholsters.com within 3 days of the expected delivery date. We'll work with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

We offer shipping options that include insurance. 

Address Changes & Order Modifications

If you need to change your shipping address or modify your order, please contact us immediately at hawg@hawgholsters.com. We can only make changes before your order has been processed and shipped.

Important Shipping Notes

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • USPS Ground Advantage shipping is not insured.
  • USPS Priority Mail shipping includes insurance.
